Future Mining, the consultants representing Autumn Skies Trading 455 CC, aka Belton mining, have employed bad faith tactics in the public participation process, by failing to follow regulations laid down by the DMR designed to drive the process/protocols and to make it fair to all interested and affected parties.

Research into the backgrounds of these consultants is interesting as they by and large come from the regulatory bodies that govern permissions for licences!

The arrogance with which the process has been driven begs a question, “is this a case of WHO you know, as opposed to WHAT you know?”

I am a land owner and am directly affected by the application. I have not received ANY personal notification or attemted approach by these consultants and I own one of the biggest individual pieces applied for in their application.

I also have an approved Environmental Impact Assessment and Mogale Local Council approval to develop a Guest house and wellness spa, and a caravan resort to promote tourism in the area (a stated strategic view of the local council for the development of Magaliesburg)

I will keep interested readers informed as this prospecting application develops (or not)!
